At Fashion Kingdom Wear LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple returns and refunds process.

Customers may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, customers should contact our support team with their order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that certain items such as sale items, clearance products, or personalized/custom orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and delays in processing refunds may occur depending on your payment provider.
